Prime Minister Decree No. 909 Of The Year 2026 = قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 909 لسنة 2026

Abstract

Without prejudice to the opening and closing hours of workshops and craft activities located within the residential areas as stipulated in Article (3) of decree of the Minister of Local Development and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Licensing Public Shops No. 456 of the year 2020, referred to, all public shops subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Public Shops Law, including commercial centers (malls), restaurants, cafés, and bazaars, shall close daily at 9:00 p.m. to the public. However, on Thursdays, Fridays, and official holidays and occasions as determined by a decree of the Prime Minister, the closing time shall be 10:00 p.m., while home delivery services (if available) may continue to operate 24 hours a day. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall also apply to restaurants, cafeterias, bazaars, nightclubs, discos, and shops selling antiques and tourist goods subject to the provisions of the Tourism Establishments Law, referred to مع عدم الإخلال بمواعيد فتح وغلق محال الورش والأعمال الحرفية الكائنة داخل الكتلة السكنية المقررة بالمادة الثالثة من قرار وزير التنمية المحلية ورئيس اللجنة العليا لتراخيص المحال العامة رقم 456 لسنة 2020 المشار إليه، تغلق يوميا ابتداء من الساعة التاسعة مساءً أمام الجمهور كافة المحال العامة الخاضعة لأحكام قانون المحال العامة المشار إليه بما فى ذلك المراكز التجارية )المولات( والمطاعم والكافيهات والبازارات، وذلك عدا يومى الخميس والجمعة وأيام عطلات الأعياد والمناسبات الرسمية التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء فتكون مواعيد الغلق الساعة العاشرة مساءً ، مع استمرار خدمة توصيل الطلبات للمنازل )إن وجدت( على مدار أربع وعشرين ساعة. ويسرى حكم الفقرة السابقة على المطاعم والكافيتريات والبازارات ومسارح المنوعات الليلية والديسكوهات ومحال بيع العاديات والسلع السياحية الخاضعة لأحكام قانون المنشآت الفندقية والسياحية المشار إليه.
