Measures include the following: Article 2: A Supreme Committee under the name of "Supreme Committee for the Management of Epidemics and Health Pandemics" shall be formed. It shall be chaired by the Prime Minister and its members shall compose of the ministers of Health and Population, Justice, Defense, Interior, Local Development, Tourism, Finance, Supply and Internal Trade, Education and Technical Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Social Solidarity, Head of the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), Head of the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply and Technology Management (UPA) hereinafter referred to in this law as 'The Committee'.
