Article 2: If the establishment is exposed to economic circumstances that make it difficult to fulfil the minimum limit of wage, it may apply, through the federations it reports to, for obtaining an exception from the obligation referred to in article (1), as per the rules and procedures available on the official website of each of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and the Ministry of Labour.
