Also, table No. (3) of annex No. (7) attached to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, shall be replaced with the table attached to the present decree. Article 3: The following shall be added to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to: two new items to article (5), new paragraphs to articles nos. (11, 21 and 51), a new article sub no. (18-bis), two new items to the second paragraph of annex No. (6) attached to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, as follows: Article 4: Articles Nos.
