Prime Minister Decree No. 2552 of the Year 2023 = قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 2552 لسنة 2023

Abstract

Article 1: Thursday corresponding to 20th of July, 2023 (AD) shall be considered an official paid holiday for the workers at the ministries, the governmental departments, the public authorities, the Local Administrative Units, the Public Sector Companies, Public Business Sector Companies and the private sector companies, instead of the Gregorian date corresponding to the first of Muharram, 1445 (AH), according to the outcomes of sighting of the new crescent Moon, on the occasion of the Hijra New Year. Article 2: Sunday corresponding to 23rd of July 2023 shall be considered an official paid holiday for the workers at the ministries, the governmental departments, the public authorities, the Local Administrative Units, the Public Sector Companies, Public Business Sector Companies and the private sector Companies on the occasion of “July 23 Revolution”.
