Abstract

Article 1: The name "Law Organizing Commercial Agency works and Certain Commercial mediation works" shall be replaced by the name "Law on Organizing Commercial Agency works and Certain Commercial mediation or real estate Brokerage works" wherever mentioned in Law No. 120 of 1982, promulgating the Law on Regulating the Commercial Agency works and Certain Commercial mediation activities, and the law attached thereto as well as in any other law. Moreover, the texts of Articles Nos. (1, 2, 3 / First Paragraph, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) of the Law Regulating Commercial Agency works and certain Commercial Mediation activities, referred to. Article 2: New articles sub nos. (2 bis), article 3 /First: item (I), 3 bis, 10 bis, 11 bis, 12 bis, 12 bis-A, 12 bis-B, 16 bis, 16 bis-A, 20 bis and Article (22) / , item (d), shall be added to the law on regulating the commercial mediation activities, referred to.
