Abstract

Article 1: The workers addressed by the provisions of the civil service law promulgated by law no. 81 of the year 2016 and the state civil servants who are not addressed thereby, shall be granted an exceptional cost-of-living allowance amounting to L.E. 300 per month. The workers or the civil servants who are appointed after the date of applying the present law shall benefit by this allowance. This allowance shall be considered a part of the complementary or variable wages of each of them, as the case may be.
