Law No. 174 of the Year 2023 On Granting Some Facilities to the Egyptians Residing Abroad = قانون رقم ١٧٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ بشأن تقرير بعض التيسيرات للمصريين المقيمين بالخارج

Abstract

Article 1: The Egyptian who has a valid residence abroad and has not obtained any of the facilities prescribed by law no. 161 of the year 2022 on granting some facilities to the Egyptians residing abroad, may benefit from its provisions whenever he/she fulfills the conditions prescribed by the said law, and as per the provisions, rules and procedures indicated therein, as well as the decrees enforcing same, provided that due cash amount shall be paid in foreign currency as per article (1) of the said law no. 161 of the year 2022, within three months as of the date of enforcing the present law.
