Abstract

Article 1: Representation offices of the foreign companies operating in Egypt shall submit to the Authority, at the beginning of each year, a statement of the names, jobs, nationalities, salaries and total wages of the employees thereof as well as the percentage of the wages of the Egyptian employees, the works carried out thereby during the year, any amendments, the proof that they are sent to the parent company, and the decisions taken by the parent company concerning its works during the year. These offices shall also submit a timetable of the completed and remaining studies and a statement of the practical studies reached.
