Abstract

Article 1: Without prejudice to the provision of Article No. (1) of the Labour Law promulgated by Law No. 12 of the year 2003, amounts due to the worker or those entitled in his stead - as a result of the work relationship - shall be given priority over all debtor amounts. Such amounts shall be paid out before the judicial expenses, amounts due to the public treasury, and restoration and preservation expenses. Any provision in contradiction to the provisions of such law shall be rendered null and void.
