Abstract

Article 1: Within the scope of the provisions of this decree, the strategic agricultural commodities shall mean the imported shipments of the following items: Article 2: The items of the strategic agricultural commodities may not be imported except after obtaining the import approval of the General Organization for Export and Import Control.
