Abstract

Article 1: Cancelled As Per Law No. 11 of the year 2013. Article 2: The texts of Articles Nos. (8), (31 "Item-6"), (36 "Item-5"), (42), (49), (50 "Item-7"), (53), (56 "Item 2, 3 and the ultimate clause"), (58) and (133 "Item-4") of the Income Tax Law issued as per Law No. 91 of the year 2005 shall be substituted by the following texts: Article 3: Articles Nos. (56-Bis), (59-Bis), (59-Bis-1), (59-Bis-2), (59-Bis-3), (87-Bis), (135 "Item-4) and (147-Bis) shall be added to the Articles of the Income Tax Law referred to: Article 4: Article (136), (50 "Items 3 and 4"1), (138 "Item-B") of the Income Tax Law issued as per Law No. 91 of the Year 2005 shall be cancelled.
