Abstract

Article 1: A child means anyone who has not reached the age of eighteen years. Proof of a child's age shall be provided by a birth certificate, national ID card, or any other official document proving this. Article 2: It is prohibited to employ children in any work before they have completed their basic education, or before they have reached the age of fifteen, whichever is older. It is also prohibited to train them before they have reached the age of fourteen, provided that they are not assigned any work during their training.
