Abstract

Article 1: A new chapter shall be added to Part Twelve of the aforesaid executive regulations of the capital market law, titled “Chapter Eight: Acquisition of the securities listed on the stock exchange for the companies at Sharm El-Sheikh and Dahab cities, and Aqaba Gulf tourist sector, in South Sinai governorate”, and reading as follows:- Chapter (8): Acquisition of the securities listed on the stock exchange for the companies at Sharm El-Sheikh and Dahab cities, and Aqaba Gulf tourist sector, in South Sinai governorate.
