Abstract

Article 1: The Minister concerned with Internal Trade and Industry Affairs shall exercise the competences stipulated for Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, whenever stated in Laws on Industrial and Trading Shops as well as Public Shops or in any other legislations or decrees, in respect of trade and industrial zones identified by the Minister concerned with Trade and Industry Affairs.
