Abstract

Article 1: The Industrial Development Authority shall give one-year temporary operating permits for the unlicensed industrial institutions existing at the time of enforcing the present law, within three years at most as of the enforcement of law no. 19 of the year 2023, referred to. This one-year temporary permit shall be given after providing an acknowledgement that the industrial institution shall abide by the environmental requirements and the civil protection procedures as well as all the controls prescribed in this respect. Article 2: The temporary operating permit prescribed by the previous article shall be given according to the following rules and procedures: Article 3: The temporary operating permit shall be issued within three working days as of the date of submitting the aforesaid documents and acknowledgements by the applicant or as of the date of inspection.
