Abstract

Article 1: The protection measures taken against the unjustified substantial increase in the imports of the raw sugar item subject to Sub-headings Nos. (1701.11) & (1701.12) and the white sugar item subject to Sub-heading No. (1701.9990) of the Harmonized Customs Tariff shall be terminated, and the temporary measures value - applicable during the enforcement period of the ministerial decree No. 950 of the year 2012 referred to - shall be refunded to the payers thereof.
