Abstract

Article 1: "Dimethyl dicarbonate" substance shall be added to table No. (2) attached to the said Ministerial decree no. 478 of the year 1995 concerning the foodstuffs that are allowed to add preservatives thereto, provided that it shall be used in non-alcoholic carbonated and noncarbonated drinks at a concentration not exceeding 250 milligrams / liter and conditional on the lack of this substance in the final consumable product.
