Abstract

Article 1: The definitions of "the Industrial product and the Product meeting the requirement of Egyptian industrial component percentage" as prescribed by article (1) of law no. 5 of the year 2015, regarding preference of Egyptian products in governmental contracts, and the texts of item (d) of the second paragraph of article (2), and the first paragraph of article (5) of law no. 5 of the year 2015, referred to, shall be substituted with the following:
