Abstract

Article 1: The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones shall coordinate with all ministries and entities concerned with the sub-sectors of investment activities in the geographic zone of each of sectors (A) and (B) as per article-11 of the investment law, referred to, in whose regard the Prime Minister's decrees on determining the distribution of the aforesaid investment sub-sectors were issued, to specify the investment projects proposed to be granted the additional incentives suitable for the nature of each project, according to the provisions of article-13 of the investment law, referred to.
