dc.description.abstractArticle 1: In applying the provisions of the present decree, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning assigned thereto: Law: law no. 159 of the year 2023, cancelling exemptions from taxes and duties as prescribed for state agencies in investment and economic activities. Taxes and Duties: all types of taxes and duties prescribed as per the texts of laws, regulations and decrees, particularly the stamp duty, income tax, value-added tax, property tax, customs tax, and the state financial resources development fee.
