Abstract

Article 1: Without prejudice to the conditions prescribed in annex no. (3) attached to the statute of rules enforcing the provisions of law No. 118 of the year 1975 on import and export and the system of procedures of examination and control of imported and exported commodities promulgated by decree of the minister of trade and industry no. 770 of the year 2005, the following requirements shall be a condition for the release of passenger vehicles in category (M1), up to seven seats in addition to the driver seat, imported for trade purposes:
