Abstract

Article 1: Without prejudice to the provisions of the aforesaid decree of the prime minister no. 940 of the year 2020, the citizens, all over the republic, are prohibited from moving or transferring on all roads from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., in continuation of the State's efforts in preserving the health of the citizens and to curb any potential spread of the coronavirus, while allowing the necessary movement associated with urgent needs as assessed by law enforcement officers.
