Abstract

Article 1: The phrase “in applying the provision of the last clause of article (5)” set out in the second paragraph of article-5 of the Minister of Finance Decree No. 409 of the Year 2022, referred to, shall be replaced with the phrase “in applying the provision of the sixth clause of article (5)”. Article 2: A new paragraph shall be added to article-5 of the Minister of Finance Decree No. 409 of the Year 2022, referred to, reading as follows:
