Abstract

Article 1: The following texts shall replace the texts of Articles (141/ the two definitions of open-end mutual fund and close-end mutual fund),. (142 first paragraph), (147- first paragraph), (157 second paragraph), (163-third paragraph, item "11"), (170, item third "1" and "2"), and (183 bis 7) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, referred to above: Article 2: New articles and items under numbers (35 bis 4), (35 bis 5), (35 bis 6), and (167 first paragraph item "5") shall be added to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, referred to above. The following are the texts of these new articles and items: Article 3: The third paragraph of Article (157), and item (5) in the first paragraph of Article (183 bis 19) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law referred to above, shall be repealed.
