dc.description.abstractArticle 1: The state of emergency shall be declared throughout the country for three months as of 1:00 pm of Monday corresponding to the tenth of April 2017. Article 2: The armed forces and the Police Authority shall be commissioned to take the necessary measures to combat the risks of terrorism and its finance and to maintain security and order all over the country, protect public and private properties and save the lives of citizens.
