Abstract

Article 1: Employees of the State administrative body, as represented in ministries, governmental departments and agencies, local administrative units, public authorities, and other entities and agencies having special budgets, as well as the employees of public sector and public business sector companies and the joint stock companies supervising public utilities, shall be prohibited to access their work premises except after ascertaining that they got any of the anti COVID-19 vaccines , by means of the certificate prepared for this purpose and issued by the competent administrative entity, or after submitting a certificate on the first workday of every week denoting the negative result of a PCR test , provided three days at most shall have lapsed as of the date of conducting that test. This prohibition shall be applied with effect from 15/11/2021.
