Abstract

Article 1: Sharm Al-Sheikh and Dahab in South Sinai shall be excepted from the scope of applying the provisions of the Law on Integrated Development in Sinai Peninsula, referred to, partially, as stated in this Decree. Article 2: Entities of jurisdiction shall be prohibited from disposing of the lands privately owned by the state in the cities, referred to, except under the usufruct system with the right of the assignee to own the facilities established thereby on the land only.
