Abstract

Article 1: All non-governmental societies and institutions, regional and foreign non-governmental federations and organizations, and the entities practicing the non-governmental work, according to the definition prescribed by the law on regulating the practice of non-governmental work, as promulgated by law no. 149 of the year 2019, which have not adjusted their state of affairs yet, shall adjust same within a period not exceeding six months as of the date of enforcing this law. This period may be extended for one similar period by virtue of a decree to be issued by the minister concerned with non-governmental organizations and work, after getting the Cabinet’s approval. The stipulations, conditions and procedures prescribed by article-2 of law no. 149 of the year 2019, referred to, shall apply in respect of adjustment of the state of affairs.
