Abstract

Article 1: definition of the term "special incentives" set out in article-1, the texts of articles nos. (9, 11/ first paragraph - item (1), 12/ first paragraph - item (2), 13, 14/first paragraph, 17, 20, 34, and 40/ second and third paragraphs) of the investment law promulgated by law no. 72 of the year 2017, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: a new article sub no. 11-Bis shall be added to the investment law referred to, reading as follows:
