Abstract

Article (1) The measures attached hereto shall apply with regard to rationalization of investment spending in the Economic Development Plan for FY 2023/2024 in the entities covered by the State budget and public economic authorities, amid the current economic crisis. These measures shall remain in force up to the end of FY 2023/2024. Article (2) Exceptions from application of this Decree shall be approved by the Prime Minister, based on a proposal submitted by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, after studying the necessary and urgent justifications provided by the relevant entities addressed herein. Article (3) This Decree shall be published in the Official Journal, and shall come into force as of the day following the date of its publication.
