Abstract
Description
Projects subject to the provisions of law no. 6 of the year 2025, referred to above, desiring to benefit from its provisions, shall submit their applications using Form No. (1/10 – Applications), attached to this decree, through the website of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Such projects may also submit a request to withdraw from benefiting from the provisions of the aforementioned Law using Form No. (1/11 – Applications), attached to this decree, through the Authority’s website, after the lapse of not less than five years, starting from the day following the date of submitting the application for benefiting referred to in the first clause of this Article.
