dc.description.abstractArticle 1: In applying the provision of the second paragraph of article 22 of the Customs Law referred to, estimating the value of goods imported for customs purposes denominated in US Dollars shall be on the basis of an exchange rate of L.E. 18.50 (Eighteen and 50/100 Egyptian Pounds) per Dollar. As for the estimation of the value of imported goods denominated in other foreign currencies, it shall be on the basis of the average exchange rates of such currencies during the period from 15/12/2016 till 15/1/2017.
