Abstract

Article: 1: A new article sub no. (51 bis) shall be added to the Traffic Law promulgated by Law No. 66 of the year 1973, and a new item sub no. (8) shall be added to article 11, sub item (7) shall be added to item-B of article (72 Bis), and item sub no. 12 shall be added to article 75, the text of which are as follows: Article: 2: A new sub item 4 shall be added to item "second" of the Taxes and duties table annexed to the traffic law, referred to, the text of which is as follows: Article 3: The owners of the vehicles that are subject to the provision of item-8 of article (11) of the traffic law, referred to, licensed to be driven before the application of the amended executive regulations in enforcement of the provision of the third paragraph of the item referred to, shall adjust their state of affairs as per the provisions of the present law, during a period not exceeding six months as of the date of applying the amended executive regulations. The provision of items (b/7 of article 72 bis), (2 of article 75) of the traffic law, referred to, shall not apply concerning such vehicles, except after the lapse of that period.
