Abstract

Article 1: The companies and establishments; producing, importing, manufacturing, packing and suppling the following products and commodities (mixed oil – packed beans – rice – milk – sugar – pasta – white cheese) shall issue tax invoices including the data that clarifies the type of the product or commodity, its quantity, date of production, ex-works price, maximum retail price, in accordance with the laws issued in respect of the e-invoices. Article 2: The companies and establishments, referred to in article (1) of this decree, shall inscribe on the aforesaid products and commodities, as of the date of production on 1/3/2024, the maximum retail price, including taxes and financial burdens, in Arabic, in a clear and apparent writing that cannot be removed or erased. This may be accompanied by a translation in a foreign language, provided that the phrase “the maximum retail price” shall be inscribed above the price, via any of the following methods:
