Abstract

Article 1: All Tourism Companies of Category (A & B) shall install tracking devices in the tourist vehicles (limousine) owned thereby, according to the technical specifications, and in the framework of the operational plan laid down by the competent General Department at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, in coordination with the Chamber of travel and Tourism agencies and companies as well as the company concerned with supplying and installing tracking devices. Article 2: Tourism Companies addressed by the provisions of the present decree, shall adjust the state of affairs of all the tourist vehicles owned thereby, as per as the term assigned hereinbelow to each of them:
