Abstract
Article 1: The Suez Canal Authority shall, under a guarantee from the public treasury and after getting the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers, entrust each of the National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque Du Caire, and Suez Canal Bank with issuing multicategory investment certificates whose proceeds shall be used in financing the advancement, development and improvement of the Suez Canal traffic utility.
