Abstract

Article 1: The texts of Articles Nos. (1/the sixth and ninth definitions; 4/Item/b; 10; 16; 17/the second and third paragraphs; 20; 27/ Item/f; 31/ the first and second paragraphs; 35; 41; 42; 55/ the first paragraph; 57; 60; 63; 64/the second and third paragraphs; 66/ the first paragraph; 70; 72; 87/ the fourth paragraph; 143/the second paragraph; 163; 176 Item/a; 191; and 218/the second paragraph) of the Law Regulating Restructuring, Preventive Composition and Bankruptcy, promulgated by Law No. 11 of the Year 2018 shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: A new Article sub no. (three-bis) shall be added to Law No. 11 of the year 2018, Promulgating the Law Regulating Restructuring, Preventive Composition, and Bankruptcy. Articles Nos. (1/ the eighteenth and nineteenth definitions; 20 bis; 34/the second paragraph; 36/the first paragraph, Item/j; 36 bis; 40/the first paragraph, Item/c; 57 bis; 57 bis/1; 60 bis; 65/the fifth paragraph; 65 bis; 67/the third paragraph; 70 bis; 74 bis; 77/the first paragraph/Items h and i; 96/the fourth and fifth paragraphs; 176/Item/f; 178/the third paragraph; 191 bis; 191 bis/1; 209/the first paragraph/Item f, and the second paragraph) shall be added to the Law Regulating Restructuring, Preventive Composition, and Bankruptcy, Promulgated by Law No. 11 of the year 2018.
