Abstract

Article 1: Reconciliation may take place in the disputes existing between the Tax Authority and taxpayers with regard to the lawsuits filed prior to the date of enforcing this law before all courts, including the Court of Cassation, in pursuance of the provisions of the aforesaid Law No. 159 of the year 1997.
