Abstract

Article 1: An export duty amounting to four hundred Egyptian pounds shall be levied on each exported ton of nitrogenous fertilizers of all kinds and types. Article 2: The aforesaid duty shall not be applicable to the quantities which are exported by the nitrogenous fertilizers producing companies and represent the difference between the monthly produced quantities and the quantities delivered pursuant to the schedules and conditions set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation with a view to satisfying all the country’s needs of nitrogenous fertilizers, providing that the exporting company shall submit the following documents to the competent customs:
