Abstract

Article 1: The exceptional cost-of-living allowance due as of 1/11/2022 at the amount of L.E. 300 per month, shall be paid to the workers addressed by the provisions of the civil service law and the state civil servants who are not addressed thereby, as prescribed by article (1) of Law No. 166 of the year 2022, referred to. The workers or the civil servants who are appointed after the date of applying the present law shall benefit by this allowance. This allowance shall be considered a part of the complementary or variable wages of each of them, as the case may be. Article 3: The cost-of-living allowance prescribed by law No. 166 of the year 2022, referred to, shall not be disbursed to the following:
