Abstract

(Article One) The following texts shall replace the texts of Articles (3/ second paragraph, 13/ second paragraph, 28/ first and second paragraphs, 34/ item-8, 65/ first paragraph, 74/ item-2, 74 bis-3) of the Traffic Law, as promulgated by Law No. 66 of the year 1973: Article (3/ second paragraph): Vehicles are two kinds: High-speed vehicles like cars, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, motorbikes, light transport vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles (HCV) like wheel loaders, excavators, cranes, diggers and bulldozers, etc… besides other vehicles. Slow transport vehicles, namely: bicycles and carts which are man-pulled or animal-pulled.
