Abstract

Article 1: The local manufacture percentage in automotive industry and the method of calculating it shall be as follows: Article 2: A "Local manufacture Committee for Automotive Industry" presided by Assistant Minister for Industry Affairs shall be formed with the membership of: Article3: The Local manufacture Committee for Automotive Industry shall be concerned with the following: Article 4: The following conditions shall be observed when reviewing and approving the realized value added percentage of the components in accordance with Item 2 of Article Three:
