Abstract

Article 1: The companies licensed by the Authority to practice financial real estate financing or factoring activities may obtain the approval of the Authority on practicing all or some of these activities in light of the conditions and controls specified in this decision. Article 2: Conditions of Licensing the Financing Companies to Practice More Than one Financing Activity. Article 3: The Documents and Data Required for Licensing the Practice of More Than One Activity. Article 4: The Controls of Practicing More Than One Financing Activity. The companies licensed to practice more than one activity shall comply with the controls prescribed for the activities it is licensed to practice in addition to the following controls: Article 5: The Authority shall decide on the license within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the fulfillment of all the licensing requirements and conditions by the company. The Authority shall issue its decision in light of the following considerations:
