Abstract

Article 4: The fifth and sixth paragraphs of article (97) as well as Part Nine of the aforesaid Child law shall be cancelled, and presidential decree no. (54) of the year 1988, referred to, shall also be cancelled. Moreover, any provision in contradiction with the provisions of the present law and the attached law shall be rendered null and void.
