Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles nos. (4/ items “First and Third”, 4-bis-2/ first paragraph, and 6/second paragraph) of Law No. 26 of the year 1975 on the Egyptian Nationality, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: The phrase “owned by the State or a third party from among the public legal persons” set out in the first paragraph of article-4-bis of law no. 26 of the year 1975, referred to, shall be removed.
