Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles (1/ item 13), (231), (268 / last paragraph), (299/ second paragraph), and (336) of the Executive Regulations of the Customs Law, referred to, shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 2: The phrase “the public bonded warehouse” stated in the forepart of article (117) of the Executive Regulations of the Customs Law, referred to, shall be substituted with the phrase “the public or private bonded warehouse”. The phrase “the bill of lading” indicated in article (337) of the Executive Regulations of the Customs Law, referred to, shall be substituted with the phrase “the multimodal transport contract”. Article 3: A new item sub serial (d) shall be added to the first paragraph of article (95), a last paragraph shall be added to article (117), a last paragraph shall be added to article (240), a second and third paragraphs shall be added to article (248), a last paragraph shall be added to article (299) and a new item sub serial (g) shall be added to article (312) of the Executive Regulations of the Customs Law, referred to, the texts of which are read as follows:
