Abstract

Article 1: Thursday, the 28th of September, 2023 (AD), shall be deemed an official paid holiday for the workers in the ministries, governmental departments, public authorities, local administrative units, public sector companies, public business sector companies, and private sector companies, instead of the Gregorian calendar day corresponding to the 12th of Rabie I, 1445 (AH), according to the result of the crescent moon sighting, on the occasion of Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday.
