Abstract

Article 1: The measures pertaining to realizing protection against the significant increase in the reinforcing steel imports for building purposes, as represented in items under HS Code (72.13) and HS Code (72.14) of the harmonized Customs Tariff, shall be terminated. The value of the temporary measures applied during the enforcement of the referred to Ministerial Decree No. 944 of the year 2012 shall be returned to their payers.
