Abstract

Article 3: The following text shall replace the text of the conditions prescribed for importing the articles indicated under serial no. (8) of annex no. (2) on the commodities allowed to be imported in secondhand condition, which is included in the statute of rules enforcing the provisions of law no. 118 of the year 1975 on import and export, as issued by ministerial decree no. 770 of the year 2005: "Approval of the General Organization for Export and Import Control"
